11 years ago I decided to start my own business, a digital agency named Huemor.

I didn't have any agency experience.

I didn't have any funding.

I was just a 22-year-old college grad who wanted to do inspirational work.

Over these past 11 years, I've had amazing triumphs and disastrous failures, but it wouldn't change a damn thing.
