I was constantly jumping from one relationship to another for many years, trying to chase love and security like many people. I was so determined to find the 'perfect' relationship no matter what it would take.

I thought maybe if I can stay put in many toxic relationships, my past boyfriends will sharpen up. I stayed no matter what. After catching them cheat multiple times I still fought for their love. But after the last straw, I felt empty. That's when I started to ask myself, why am I doing this? What is making me want a relationship so much? And this was when I discovered the impact of childhood traumas, and if undealt with - will impact relationships consistently

Relationships aren't just about building a life with one another through shared experiences, but it's also a form of a mirror reflection of oneself. I teach this understanding through inner-child work with the mythologies of the mind-body approach.

My approach is different from everything you've heard about why people struggle to get where they want to in life. No more settling. No more shoulding. No more "I know but". No more questioning if you're worthy to get what you want. No more OVERstanding. There is a different way.

When I launched my program, Cultivate Within, I had no idea if people were going to resonate with my form of teaching as it's quite different than many popular approaches towards holistic healing.

But very soon, after my launch, messages flooded into my DMs filled with gratitude and compassion. Each one of them felt pulled towards my content.

My intention is to relieve everyone who sees, hears or experiences my work from feeling like they're worth is found externally. Because when we try to search for anything outside of us, we forget that it's already inside of us.
