About Me

I am a no-nonsense business management professor (Ph.D.) & Coach. I help people find their freedom as they let go of limiting beliefs and lean into their power. I do this through a combination of neuroscience and hypnosis.

Excited to speak about 2 topics:

1) Self-discovery and self-mastery. Backed by science, non-verbal experiences, and hypnosis. I speak about working with clients who - through an original approach that mixes neuro coaching and hypnosis - break free from their limiting beliefs. We are habitually trapped in the stories we tell ourselves. These stories - developed in early childhood - dictate our behavior in later life. Hypnosis and neuro coaching disrupt these habitual thinking patterns. And this is done in a holistic framework, behavioral patterns that led to addictions, unhelpful dating patterns, self sabotage, were developed as a protective mechanism. So we can appreciate their role in a given time and place, as we let them go and establish new patterns, fit for our adult life.

2) PBM: Place, Body, Mind Formula. The prefrontal cortex, the newest part of our brain that is responsible for processing logic and language, plays only a very small part in the true transformation of people's lives. Focused primarily on overthinkers, this part of my work is about approaching big changes in people's lives from a very different angle: it is built around the idea that in today's world, people spend too much time in their heads, trying to think their way out of psychological or existential or even medical issues.

What I propose is shifting our attention to a PLACE first (changing or altering where we are), then our BODY, including a review of our hormonal state, leaning into embodiment and better care of our soul's only vessel. After all, our ancestors across cultures in one way or another subscribed to the idea that a healthy spirit resides in a healthy body (Corpus sanum, Mens sana).

Most of my clients are overthinkers who at first recoil from the notion that simply rearranging their furniture or including daily breathing exercises will impact their thinking patterns but it works!
