I have a YouTube channel called Chef Grace’s Place where I do recipes but I also have a podcast where I talk about all things food with people over zoom (for now). I started my YouTube channel about a year ago, when I lost my jobs due to the pandemic. Basically I worked in fine dining as a Pastry Chef, got burned out and decided to become an international flight attendant so I could live like Anthony Bourdain without a TV show and then I taught cooking lessons on the side. Then I realized I could talk to interesting food people through my computer all over the world during the pandemic, so I started doing that and recording it.
