I run Gym Pillars which is 7 figure marketing agency where our clients only pay when they close a deal. 

We are the only agency in the fitness marketing space that has a pay-per-performance model. I’ve built this system and agency all at the age of 26, and have learned to love myself, but it wasn’t always like that.

I was born in Japan and moved to the U.S. at 10. I had no friends, couldn’t speak English, and had very low self-esteem. 

However, in high school, I began to gain friends and confidence. Fitness was a large part of this journey. 

I fell in love with fitness for how it helped me build confidence. However, I hated the large gym's model. 

I believe that this model is wrong and unethical. They try to sign up as many people as possible and get as few of them to use it. 

This is why I set out on a mission to help ethical and passionate small gym owners reach more people to help.

Through this mission, we asked ourselves the question of, “How do we best help and serve these gym owners?”

The best answer we found was not to charge them money unless they are making money which is how our pay-per-performance model was formed. It’s not easy, but through lots of testing and industry-specific experience, we have created a system that only charges gyms when they make money and has allowed us to scale to over 7 figures.
