I'm into experiencing life on life's terms in all its eclectic corners. I love talking nervous system regulation, radical acceptance, paranormal experiences, parenting, cooking, art, and any kind of spirituality. I offer one on one sessions and online group programs in increasing nervous system flexilbility and radical acceptance. I have a few YouTube channels, one about transforming our lives from the inside out and one about mental health through slow stitching, am in a life coach training program, am a certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) working to support people in understanding their nervous system through the lens of the polyvagal theory. I wrote a book called Holy Shit, which chronicles my journey out of evangelical Christianity and a legacy of shame and self-hatred, depression and suicidal thinking through gender affirming health care, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and spirituality to find a life worth living and love sharing about how powerful it can be to find your center in any storm.
