I run the UK’s crypto community, the Crypto Curry Club, and as such am in constant contact with thousands of founders of the most innovative founders of startups in crypto, FinTech, blockchain and DeFi or decentralised finance and hear all industry trends. I run the weekly Crypto Currier newsletter with industry news updates for our 4,000 subscribers and the monthly industry publication Blockchain Industry Review. I lecture on cryptocurrency at Warwick Business School and have spoken around the world on crypto and the future of money.
Last year I spent the year researching about the biggest crypto scams to write Crypto Wars: Faked Deaths, Missing Billions and Industry Disruption published by Kogan Page. The book goes into the true stories behind the darkest elements of crypto, the scams, multi-billion dollar Ponzi schemes, hacks and mysteries, how they got so big right under regulators' watchful gaze, how they claimed so many victims, how they're still going on today and how the ringleaders often go from scam to scam and still get away with it.
