After almost a decade in customer service and sales I decided to massively pivot and use what I'd learned in the corporate world in a one-on-one setting with clients as a life coach.
I went back to school, got my B.S. in Psychology, and started studying Positive Psychology: the psychological study of what is right with you.
Using psychological principles I help my clients understand and harness their strengths in a way that allows them not only to survive, but thrive!
