I teach Online Mindful Art workshops and teacher trainings, and mentor Creative Entrepreneurs and Heart-centered businesses through my online Group Coaching program. I love collaborating, teaching, and speaking with others.
I'll also be launching a Podcast in July that shares inspirational chats about mindfulness, creativity, mindful art, yoga, etc for well-being. A large majority of my audience are busy and stressed women, overwhelmed parents, Artists, Meditation Teachers, Art and Yoga Teachers, Heart-centered Life Coaches, Holistic Practitioners, and Expressive Art Therapists.
