My wife Nina and I run a high-touch, personal-coaching business called TRUE Whole Human.
We are freedom-loving, God-fearing, business owners who thrive on helping clients do the deep work of real transformation.
What started back in 2003 as a quest to regain my health, eventually became a nine-year run of alternative-wellness facilities.
In 2017 we transitioned to an exclusively virtual coaching program and incorporated more of our passions to coach the whole human.
We believe real health transformation is an inside job.
We help people "go upstream" to identify and solve the real physical, emotional, and contextual challenges contributing to poor health so they can find their breakthrough and develop the healthy lifestyle they’ve always wanted.
I also host a popular blog and new podcast called Deconstructing Conventional where I muse about all things health, fitness, motivation, mindset, and more recently, covid.
We and our six, homeschooled kids are recent transplants to Panama City Beach, Florida, and we LOVE it here.
