About Me

Brett Hoffstadt turned his love of things that fly into a long and successful career in the aerospace industry. His creative hobby was music composing. When he realized that he didn't need a major record label contract to release a music album, thanks to the revolution of technology and online media, he did it himself. Then he wondered how he could funnel his creative energies into his professional career. That launched a burst of exciting achievements with innovation competitions, patents, and books to inspire our future generations.

Since then, Brett has written and published dozens of books on aviation, space, technology, and other STEM topics. He believes there has never been a better time to be alive, and the best for humanity is yet to come. It will happen on Earth, on the moon, and then Mars. But we need to engage kids, educate, and inspire them to make this future real. That's why he has been hard at work creating inspirational and educational books for kids that help educate and inspire them to create this future.

"How To Be a Rocket Scientist" gives kids and young adults 10 powerful tips to enter the career of their dreams. It emphasizes the innovative benefits of our connected world such as connecting with influential people and decision makers through social media and platforms such as LinkedIn.

"Exploring Smart Cities Activity Book for Kids" combines practical knowledge about smart city technologies and principles with diverse interactive activities that appeal to all learning styles. It was co-created with a world-respected leader on smart cities and the author of "Smart Cities for Dummies," Jonathan Reichental.

"Goodnight Moon Base" is an engaging and futuristic spin-off of the popular classic bedtime book for infants and toddlers. It transports children TO the moon for bedtime. By projecting them forward into this future for humanity, it opens children's imagination and desire to make this future real, sooner.

These are three of many books that Brett Hoffstadt has published over the years. From space to smart cities to cybersecurity, there are now kid-friendly books that help prepare and inspire kids to learn about these topics and get excited to make them a productive and beneficial part of their future.
