Hi! I am Amreeta Stara. I am a Transformational / Manifestation Coach and Author of the book 'Inner Essence' and journal 'Six Weeks to Alignment'. I have worked with clients from all over the world with different issues and abilities to overcome their challenges and have powerful breakthroughs, healing, and transformations. I also conduct transformational, mindfulness, and empowerment training for corporations and organisations, glow & grow training for businesses and entrepreneurs and facilitate retreats.

I am also an LL.B (Hons) Law graduate and have undertaken training and studies in various modalities including Hypnotherapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditation Training, Reiki, Metaphysic Sciences, etc.

My approach is simple, grounded, empowering, inspirational, authentic and easy to understand which will keep the audience wanting to know more.
