Allie Gonino

I grew up near Dallas, TX, but felt at a V young age that the uber Christian/Republican environment I was being raised in was not a vibrational match for me. I started playing violin and taking ballet when I was seven, started performing professionally as a singer and musician at the age of ten, and moved to Los Angeles with my mom to pursue a career in entertainment when I was sixteen.

I graduated high school early so I could focus entirely on my creative endeavors. I was in a girl group called The Stunners, (with Tinashe & Hayley Kiyoko). We toured with Justin Bieber in 2010, and disbanded shortly after, when I booked a series regular role on an ABC Family series called 'The Lying Game.'

When I started getting spinal spasms in 2008, I had to give up dancing as much, and started shifting my focus towards acting, music, and then turned to yoga as an alternative. I'm passionate to learn as much as I can about healing, to help others through their depression because I've been there, and facilitate enlightening conversations.
