I spent a decade working in corporate from start-ups to Fortune 500s and everything in-between. I helped hundreds of people find their next career step, rolled out global recruitment processes, managed multiple teams and trained entire recruitment departments.
However, what I loved the most was helping people see what they were really capable of and helping them smash through the limitations that were keeping them stuck.
It was such a rush to see people go through this transformation and to see that actually anyone could achieve this.
I know there’s more to life than most people realise. That we can have jobs that actually excite and fulfil us, and pay the bills!
